Crafting and Materials
Like all of our clothing, our octopus sweaters for adults are made locally in Berlin. They are sewn from a cuddly, 100% cotton organic sweat fabric that is roughened on the inside and are unisex. The fabrics we use are made exclusively in Portugal and are subject to the highest ecological and social standards. You can find more information about the value chain of the fabrics here.

Fit and measurements (after the first wash)
The adult octopus is a unisex model. Due to its raglan cut, it adapts perfectly to the respective body shape. Use the size chart to check which size is right for you. The specifications are given in centimeters and indicate the size of the sweater after the first wash (30 degrees at max. 800 revolutions / do not tumble dry). Organic cotton is a natural product and reacts to different degrees of water hardness and temperature. If you follow the care instructions, the fabric will therefore shrink up to 2 cm in length (not in width) during the first few washes. In the following table you will find the dimensions as they are after the first wash.

The octopulli can be washed inside out at 30 degrees and a maximum of 800 revolutions in the machine. It should not be tumble dried.
Shipping information
All of our octopus sweaters are sewn to order. This usually takes 21-24 business days. Since we do not sew the adult sweaters ourselves, but work together with a local workshop to strengthen the local sewing craft, we are unfortunately unable to respond to requests for faster delivery.
We strive to present all of our sweaters online as faithfully as possible and to give you all the information you need to make your purchase decision. We are happy to accept returns due to damage or insufficient quality.
However, if you want to return the octopus because you don't like the design, we ask that you bear the costs for the return shipping yourself.

You can find the size chart in the product photos. All products are unisex. If you usually buy conventional women's clothing, we recommend choosing a size smaller.
The smaller sizes are also suitable for people with larger breasts. Our sweaters can also be worn during pregnancy up to the seventh month.

The production of the processed materials is subject to the highest ecological and social standards.
Care instructions:
Organic cotton is a natural product and reacts to different water hardness levels, spin speeds, and temperatures. The sweater may shrink by up to 2 cm in length.
We recommend washing the octopus sweater at 30°C (max. 40°C). Optical brighteners and high spin speeds should be avoided. We have had good experiences with bleach-free organic detergents. It should not be tumble dried.
After drying, the sweater can be ironed on a medium setting.

To ensure resource-efficient production, all of our octopus sweaters are only sewn after your order has been received. This typically takes 12-18 business days.
If for any reason you need your order sooner, please send us an email.
Exchange
Our clothing is subject to statutory exchange rights. You can return your octopus sweater if it doesn't fit. If necessary, we'll be happy to advise you on your size in advance via Instagram or email.

Angenehm weicher Stoff, sehr bequem und schick!
Die Qualität vom Kinderpulli hatte mich überzeugt und ich bestellte mir diesen. Jedoch war an einer Naht ein Loch. Der Umtausch war reibungslos, ohne Frage. Leider gefällt mir beim Ersatzexemplar die Naht auch nicht überall. Ich hab’s jetzt dabei belassen und ziehe ihn trotzdem an. Sollte aber bei diesem Preis nicht passieren und leider traue ich mir jetzt keine mehr zu bestellen, weil die Qualität nicht überzeugt hat. Ansonsten wäre es ein super Pulli.
Hallo Mandy, vielen Dank für dein Feedback! Sowohl die Kinderpullis, als auch unsere Erwachsenenkleidung werden in der selben Werkstatt, hier in Berlin hergestellt & sollten qualitativ keine Unterschiede aufweisen. Dass es in deinem Fall zu Problemen gekommen ist, tut uns sehr leid!

Auf meinen Kuschelpullover folgte nun ein Alltagsbegleiter - und wieder liebe ich die Farben, das weiche, angenehme Material, den Schnitt! Perfekt für die Übergangszeit oder als dünner Pulli unter einer dicken Jacke auch im Winter! Es wird nicht mein letzter Oktopulli sein :)
ich habe den Alltagsbegleiter in zwei farben und liebe sie beide! so weich und leicht. ich schwitze schnell und kann im Winter keine so ultra warmen pullis tragen und da sind die Alltagsbegleiter einfach perfekt!
