Our clothing is exclusively made on site, in a studio in the heart of Berlin.
The everyday companion is a octopus sweater made of thin to medium-thick sweat fabric. It's comfortable to wear all year . Whether inside on cold winter days, under a jacket in autumn or as a pull-over sweater on cooler summer days. Its cut is designed so that children can wear it up to four sizes. In the product photos, we explain how our octopus grows with you.
All of our sweaters are made from second-hand, leftover and surplus goods and are produced by hand in Germany. No new fabrics are made for the Oktopulli, only what already exists in this world is used. We pay attention when purchasing the fabrics, of course, on quality. All the fabrics we use are made from at least 95% cotton and are OEKO-TEX 100 certified. We only use 100% organic cotton for the inner lining of the sleeves. Since it is much heavier, haberdashery secondhand or as leftover goodsbuy our cuffs if needed. Our seams are made from recycled polyester yarn.

care instructions
The octopus sweater can be machine washed inside out at 30 degrees. It should not be tumble dried. Fabrics such as Nikki or velvets should not be ironed.
Shipping information
All of our octopus sweaters are sewn to order. We usually need 10-21 working days for this. If you need your octopulli sooner, please send us a message.
We strive to present all of our sweaters online as faithfully as possible and to give you all the information you need to make your purchasing decision. We are happy to accept returns due to damage or insufficient quality.
If you want to return the octopulli because you don't like the design, we ask that you bear the costs for the return shipping yourself.

Our clothing is manufactured in the Oktopulli workshop in Berlin or in partner workshops in Germany.
📏 Size
You'll find the size chart in the product photos. The sizes are based on the children's height in centimeters.
If the child's height is approximately 3-5 cm before the end of an octopus size, we recommend buying the next larger size.
🧶 Material & Care
Material:
We make our children's clothing from fabric remnants from other slow-fashion labels or from fairly certified new fabrics. The production of the fabrics used is subject to the highest ecological and social standards. You can find the exact material description for this product in the product description.
Care instructions:
Organic cotton is a natural product and reacts to different water hardness levels, spin speeds, and temperatures. The sweater may shrink by up to 2 cm in length.
We recommend washing the octopus sweater at 30°C (max. 40°C). Optical brighteners and high spin speeds should be avoided. We have had good experiences with bleach-free organic detergents. It should not be tumble dried.
After drying, the sweater can be ironed on a medium setting.

To ensure resource-efficient production, all of our octopus sweaters are only sewn after your order has been received. This typically takes 12-18 business days.
If for any reason you need your order sooner, please send us an email.
Exchange
Our clothing is subject to statutory exchange rights. You can return your octopus sweater if it doesn't fit. If necessary, we'll be happy to advise you on your size in advance via Instagram or email.

Kind ist glücklich, möchte ja „Raketenpilotin“ werden. Ich mag die tolle Qualität des Stoffes, sehr angenehm.
Das Material ist super weich, dieFarben schön kräftig, der Halsausschnitt genau richtig auch für‘s selbst anziehen und das Bündchen am Saum sorgt für einen guten Sitz auch wenn das Shirt am Anfang des Tragezeitraums Überlänge hat.
Das Dino- und Bananen T-Shirt durften meinen Neffen schon glücklich machen und werden mit Sicherheit nicht die letzten Okto-Stücke gewesen sein! So toll, dass dank des mitwachsenden Konzeptes die Kleidung so lange getragen werden kann!
Der Stoff ist so weich und die T-Shirts können so lange getragen werden. Hab meinem Kind eins mit 1 Jahr gekauft und kann es immer noch anziehen, nun mit fast 4 Jahren. Pullover tragen bei uns auch die Erwachsenen und auch nach dem 100. Mal waschen ist der Stoff noch so schön wie am Anfang. Ich bin Fan seit dem ersten T-Shirt, das bei uns eingezogen ist.
Wir haben unserem Kleinen diese T-Shirt gekauft weil er auch ein Schnuffeltuch mit einem Äffchen hat. Mister Bananas wird gerne getragen wenn auch noch zu groß. Der Kleine hat jetzt Größe 74 aber das TShirt passt jetzt auch schon oversize. Der Stoff ist einfach so toll, wirklich eine super Qualität und der Kleine scheint es auch zu mögen. 1000 Sterne wert und so viel Ressourcen schonender. Lieben wir ♥️
